At Sims Property Maintenance we offer a walk behind snow blowing service only. This prevents any damage from large equipment and leaves you with a clean finished driveway at the end of the storm. In the winter we do snow blowing only. ***We do not provide a salting or sanding service, this is the home owners responsibility if they would like their driveway salted or sanded.*** Our season starts November 1st 2016 and ends April 1st 2017. Anyone booking after October 20th will be charged at our regular rate.

After doing some research we found the Cub Cadet 3 stage snow blowers to be the most beneficial for us and our customers.
